My husband has smoked for over 40 years now and is in the process of trying to quit. He came up on a product which seems to be great for his situation. The product is an e cigarette which acts like a cigarette, but doesn't have all the tars and smell which a real cigarette does. He could actually sit in the house and smoke and I couldn't smell anything. The "smoke" is a water vapor. The starter package (pictured at left) comes with filters, which holds the nicotine and/or different flavors. You can also get filters that have different levels of nicotine to level yourself off of cigarettes all together. Also 2 different ways to charge up the battery. Either in a wall socket or your computer.
These are also great for people that want to smoke and not offend anyone, since there isn't any smell or actual smoke that would bother your neighbor.
