I have never been someone who has had a problem with sleeping. Yea, it might take me more than 5 minutes to fall asleep, I still sleep very soundly and feel great when I wake up. But then, menopause hit and I would be up most of the night. It was really starting to effect me during the day. Fuzzy head, tired and not feeling bouncy during the day like usual.
I started doing some research for a sleep aid and I found a site where maybe I can find answers. I am ready to get my old sleeping habits back and enjoy the day again.
