I am always watching my weight and in the last few years, I have watched add more and more to my body. I am just beside myself and am worried about what it is doing to my body. Even though I am still eating and working out the same, the pounds are still creeping up. Since I have hit the big Five O and more, I have noticed how my weight has just climbed and climbed. Even though I work out hard 4 times a week and watch what I eat, I have put on at least 20 pounds.

Is Differin for You?

A Treatment for Acne

I remember when my son was in high school and the terrible acne he had. We were going to the dermatologist a lot, taking tons of pills and ended up on a treatment with side effects I wasn't too thrilled about. But, when you have acne, you will try to do anything to get rid of it. It was very costly, a 6 month process with weekly visits to the doctor, along with constant blood tests. We were very proud of the results, but the process was really hard on him.

My husband has smoked for over 40 years now and is in the process of trying to quit. He came up on a product which seems to be great for his situation. The product is an e cigarette which acts like a cigarette, but doesn't have all the tars and smell which a real cigarette does. These are also great for people that want to smoke and not offend anyone, since there isn't any smell or actual smoke that would bother your neighbor.
